隔音效果極差，隔壁鬧鐘一直響，別人鬧鐘響我這邊都能聽到，醉了。還有一個小盆友半夜哭鬧，整夜被鬧鐘和哭聲吵睡不好

地段確實很好，但是房間真的太舊了，這個價格跟房間設施完全不對等，非常陳舊，房間連小冰箱都沒有。在電梯里碰到別的來旅游的游客也同樣在吐槽。

I was kept so informed before the trip. Upon check-in it was extremely smooth and never had any problems reserving through the Trip.com. I will definitely use them again and again.

Start with the bad?
Room was really cold even with the heater on full blast . There was a balcony and the balcony door was quite loose and draughty, the windows were not double glaze and you could hear a lot of the sirens and going on’s outside . The room was very dated but clean . No remote for the tv. Not many plug sockets and some did not look safe . The main door had a dent in the front and didn’t feel very secure . ?We had 2 double beds and they were quite springy .?
The good?
Staff at reception were really friendly, the bell boys were really attentive . Breakfast was included in my price and it was just a drink weather it be hot drink , a pastry and a piece of fruit . I enjoyed. Plenty of lifts to the rooms. The room was spacious and plenty of room. Plenty of towels and the maid came in every day and replenished. The location was great and it was in the quieter area of Times Square. ?The shower was good and there was also a bath. For the price we paid though was really good location and base. 30 mins walk to Maddison square garden . 10 mins to Central Park . 10 mins to rockerfella.

No cooked breakfast, just doggy a bag… 1 pastry and 1 drink????♀?

For close to $500/night you expect at least a room with decent furnishings, standard amenities and most important being clean. None of these things were waiting for me upon my checking in late at night.

酒店位置很好，但設施比較老舊了，盡管老舊，每天都被打掃得乾乾凈凈！我們辦理入住時大概是下午三點多接近四點，前臺工作人員對著我們張著大嘴打著哈欠還連續打了好幾個…説實話，第一次遇到這樣不禮貌的前臺！禮賓部推行李的員工幫我們拿行李，全程板著臉，説話也非常不客氣，因為我們只有兩塊零錢，所以小費只給了兩塊，那臉黑得更厲害了！check out那天早上，我們推著一堆行李+嬰兒車，禮賓部站了幾個工作人員，沒有任何人上前幫一把，總之，談不上任何服務，就像酒店沒和他們發工資一樣！

The worst hotel I have ever seen. The front desk ladies were super arrogant, they gave me a dirty room, the locker keys were not working and I have to come down 5 times but they were not assisting. Never ever go to this hotel. The bathroom light was broken too.
You can easily find a good option with even lesser amount of money you pay here. 0/5 from side.

酒店就在時代廣場旁邊幾百米的距離
酒店非常小，在國內呢也就是一個7天的水平。
酒店除了位置好，其他沒什么特別讓人滿意的地方。
今后來紐約訂酒店還是不要住在時代廣場附近，又吵又鬧。

Это нечто! Отель находится в великолепном месте. Но сам отель это ужас! Он настолько старый! На ресепшене сказали, что некоторые этажи есть с ремонтом. Но у меня, якобы, номер без ремонта. В общем это кошмар, как старый деревенский дом. Плюс на 10 этаже течет вода, где набирают лёд, и там всегда мокрое пятно.
Завтрак! Не тратьте деньги!!! Выдается на выбор какой-то круассан и сок и банан. Такого не видел нигде.
